It is forbidden for passengers to bring on board an aircraft of prohibited items in carry-on baggage, in their checked baggage or on their own. However, you can take numerous articles on board an aircraft. If you are unsure whether a particular item is allowed, you should check out the complete list of permitted and non-permitted on the website of the Canadian Security Authority Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA).
